Here is how we will support your Bikeathon Kidz event:
Organiser's guide - provide a comprehensive organiser's guide manual with step-by-step advice on putting together your event.Publicity materials - we will provide you with posters and flyers that you can use to tell all the children and parents about your Bikeathon Kidz event.Provide rider packs - with sponsor forms and fundraising ideas for the children.Online fundraising - set up an online fundraising page for your school.Banners, balloons and signs - help you mark out your course and create that all-important celebratory feel.T-shirts and medals - t-shirts for the children and medals as they finish the ride. They will also be given a certificate and a Bikeathon Kidz badge once they pay in their sponsor money.Press Release - provide you with a template press release to help you get local press coverage.Public Liability - provide you with a copy of our Public Liability Insurance if you need it.Assemblies - we would be delighted to come to your school and tell the children all about Bikeathon Kidz and the work of Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. If you need further information about blood cancers that may be useful for lesson plans please contact us.Acknolwedge your success - Once you have collected in all the sponsorship money and forwarded it to Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research we will send you a school certificate along with a cheque for half the total amount raised.
